Her practice is grounded in transactional work, with a particular focus on complex property and financing matters.

Jacqueline has extensive experience representing real property owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, financing, and redevelopment of multifamily, commercial, and affordable housing projects. She regularly advises clients on tax assessment issues and prepares organizational and operational documents for the shared ownership and governance of multi-unit housing developments.

Beyond real estate, Jacqueline advises a range of clients including nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, and municipal entities.
