The firm has several attorneys with considerable experience in providing a wide range of estate planning services, including the preparation of wills (both simple and complex), financial and health care powers of attorney, various types of trusts (revocable, irrevocable and special needs), along with other estate planning documents that the client’s personal circumstances may require.

These attorneys also have considerable experience in representing and counseling clients in estate administration proceedings, for both probate and non-probate estates. In so doing, we have represented both individual and corporate clients being appointed as personal representatives and those who are beneficiaries or heirs of an estate.
