The representation of financial institutions has long been a core practice of YMFZ. We provide counsel for corporate and middle market lending and structured finance and in various areas of asset servicing, including corporate and institutional trust and custody, securities lending, and regulation. As part of this practice, we provide ongoing representation to a large financial institution in connection with global asset servicing, securities lending, and outsourcing businesses, including the provision of continuing counsel with respect to the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of securities loan transactions, agency agreements and cash collateral reinvestment activities. We also support other areas of bank business, including procurement, financial technology systems, and business lending transactions.
