Lori has practiced law since 1992 and has been with YMFZ since 1998. Her practice focuses on creditor rights and collections, commercial litigation, business transactions, and estate administration.

She has extensive experience managing collection operations for large corporations, public utilities, homeowners associations, and small businesses. Lori handles all stages of the collection process and is well-versed in the compliance issues that affect creditors, including state and federal regulations.

In her commercial litigation work, Lori assists clients with disputes between business owners, contract enforcement, and issues arising from commercial transactions. She also supports businesses with drafting and reviewing contracts and other transactional documents to help reduce risk and avoid future disputes.

Additionally, Lori provides estate administration services, guiding clients through the probate process and helping resolve estate-related matters efficiently and with care.
