Background
Jacqueline joined YMFZ in 2000 and continues to serve firm clients in an “of counsel” role. She has a transactional practice, with a focus on real estate, finance, municipal law and estate law.
Through numerous client engagements, Jacqueline has substantial experience in assisting and representing real property owners in their purchase, financing, development/renovations of multifamily, commercial, and affordable housing properties and in related tax assessment matters. She also has prepared organizational and operational documents for the common ownership of multi-unit housing developments.
In addition to her real estate practice, Jacqueline represents: non-profit corporations and associations, including with respect to tax-exempt matters and corporate compliance; banking/financial institutions regarding corporate/commercial finance; and municipal entities, on property and lien matters. Jacqueline also provides estate probate and administration services.
