Representing Municipal Entities

Since its founding, the firm has represented various municipal entities in Pennsylvania, both as solicitor and on special projects, including municipal authorities, townships, and school districts.

Its municipal attorneys are well-versed in governmental procedure, including bidding requirements, the Sunshine Act and the Right to Know Law. The firm also has done substantial work in real estate acquisition, eminent domain (including for large public works projects), and construction projects and has done special project work involving labor arbitrations and wide array of litigation matters.

Additionally, the firm has represented a large publicly-traded public utility on litigation and other matters and has experience before the Public Utilities Commission.
