Ronald J. Lefebvre

Background

Ron joined YMFZ after his first year of law school, in 2016.  He continued to work with the firm during his final two years of school, and was brought on as an associate in 2018.  Due to the professional experience that Ron obtained while working on his degree and licensure, he was able to quickly integrate himself into the profession upon beginning his practice.

Ron has represented businesses, individuals, and municipal entities in a variety of contexts and subject areas.  He has substantial litigation experience, having represented clients in complex commercial disputes in state trial and appeals courts, as well as in the federal courts.  Ron has also represented individuals and small businesses in Pennsylvania’s arbitration division, and before its administrative agencies.

Outside of litigation, Ron has provided legal services to corporations with regard to regulatory and employment matters, including offering his clients substantial assistance in navigating the complex and ever-changing regulatory scheme surrounding the COVID19 pandemic.  He has also provided commercial contracting services for companies both large and small.  Ron’s subject matter experience also includes: trademark and copyright law, municipal law, business organizations, oil and gas law, real estate, and insurance disputes.
