Jacqueline joined YMFZ in 2000 and continues to serve clients in an of counsel capacity, bringing decades of experience in real estate transactions, commercial finance, municipal law, and estate administration. Her practice is grounded in transactional work, with a particular focus on complex property and financing matters.
Jacqueline has extensive experience representing real property owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, financing, and redevelopment of multifamily, commercial, and affordable housing projects. She regularly advises clients on tax assessment issues and prepares organizational and operational documents for the shared ownership and governance of multi-unit housing developments.
Beyond real estate, Jacqueline advises a range of clients including nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, and municipal entities. Her work with nonprofits includes guidance on tax-exempt status, corporate governance, and ongoing regulatory compliance. She also represents banks and lenders in matters involving corporate and commercial finance. In her municipal law practice, she assists public sector clients with property, lien, and land use-related issues.
Jacqueline also provides comprehensive estate probate and administration services, helping families and fiduciaries navigate the legal complexities of estate settlement with care and efficiency.
