Christopher J. Marchetti

Background

Chris has led YMFZ as managing shareholder for two decades and has overseen the firm’s growth and success.  Formerly the Associate Counsel and Vice President for Risk Management and Compliance at Mellon Bank Corporation, Chris joined YMFZ in 1995 and has built a substantial financial institutions practice, providing legal counsel for corporate and commercial finance, asset servicing (including institutional trust and custody), and global securities lending.

In connection with his corporate and commercial finance work, Chris concentrates in corporate and middle-market secured lending, credit facility structuring and documentation, and capital markets products. 

Chris also provides counsel to local and regional entities in finance and general corporate and business matters
