Al is a seasoned litigator and municipal attorney with decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes and complex governmental matters. Known for his skill both in and out of the courtroom, Al has played a key role in shaping Pennsylvania law, with several published appellate decisions to his credit.

In his commercial litigation practice, Al represents clients in disputes involving construction and real property, business ownership, and commercial contracts. His cases have contributed to the development of Pennsylvania precedent on issues such as termination rights in commercial leases, evergreen clauses in service contracts, and municipal liability. His legal insight and advocacy have earned him a reputation for resolving challenging matters with strategic precision.

Al also has deep experience in municipal law, having represented townships, municipal authorities, zoning hearing boards, and school districts, both in litigation and as solicitor. His work includes advising on development agreements, eminent domain, property acquisition, public construction disputes, and government contracting.
